The following applications utilise monel 400 machine screws: Marine fittings, pumps, valves, and piping systems are examples of seawater-compatible equipment. In addition, Monel 400 Allen Cap Screws are employed in the Monoethanolamine (MEA) reboiling tube, the upper portions of crude oil refinery columns, propeller shafts, and other components. Similar to commercially pure nickel, the annealed strength of Monel 400 Square Bolts is low. Therefore, various tempers are utilised to increase the strength levels.
